Wow! We thought we had a lot of donations last year for local charities, but this year was absolutely stunning. Even more donations, meant we had three full tables and still other bags of tins and food we couldn't get on display.

Thank you so much to all of our families who have helped others in need. The food will be given to St Basil's on Short Heath Road and the John Taylor Hospice.

Also, well done to Year 5 for a very enjoyable and entertaining assembly on Monday 19th, where the donations were collected and Year 5 reminded us of the importance of sharing and appreciating the food we get. Another key message was peace for your friend, your class, your school, your neighbour, your country and the world.
